Mission Metalworks manufactures architectural hardware that reproduces, or is inspired by, designs from the past. Our reproduction hardware recreates vintage metalware that modern technology ignores but that is still valued by old home enthusiasts. Although we seek inspiration from vintage designs, much of our hardware is equally suited for more modern settings. Reproduction Baseboard Registers

Our vintage hardware products are designed for renovators committed to historical accuracy. We understand the frustration of scouring salvage shops or being forced to compromise the integrity of your restoration project due to lack of suitable replacement hardware. The single-damper baseboard register is a familiar fixture in old homes especially in bungalow homes from the Arts & Crafts period. Because they have been out of production for decades, finding a suitable replacement for these registers has been difficult to say the least. Mission Metalworks' authentic reproduction gravity style baseboard registers are attractive, functional, economical, and most importantly historically accurate.

Hand Cast Bronze & Copper Hardware

Distinctive home hardware was once common in homes through out America not just the mansion on the hill. Mission Metalworks' solid bronze and copper items offer unique designs, textures, and rich tones as an alternative to today's mass-produced hardware products. Our copper and bronze hardware is sand-cast from 95% recycled materials at a Kansas City foundry that has been in operation since 1921. All items are then individually hand finished and inspected to guarantee quality.
